Her experience includes managing a 200+ seat contact center and directing employee development initiatives for a worldwide travel related corporation. Overseeing all Khoury curriculum and field staff development, Lynda has developed numerous award winning programs and plays a key role in their effective implementation within the organization and amongst clients. She is also a featured writer in multiple industry magazines.
