Generally, what we ask people to do is not difficult. What is challenging is getting them to do it. You can have the right environment, with the right people, but to get action, they need clear expectations and continued motivation for successful implementation.
Best practice sales and service standards should be identified and clearly measured. A comprehensive training curriculum should be developed and delivered effectively for results. Studies and research shows that people are motivated three ways - ego (recognition), money (incentive) and fear (accountability). All the training in the world will not get you the desired result if these three factors are not addressed.
