Compensation Options

Irrespective of the compensation plan our clients choose, there is no risk because a full quantifiable return on investment is guaranteed. Depending on the scope of the agreement, we provide our clients with multiple options.

Clients may choose from: retainer only, performance bonus only, or a combination of retainer and performance bonus. Our performance bonus is based on a percentage of the incremental revenue generated as a result of our engagement. As such, our compensation is from "found revenue". A consulting firm that ties its compensation to results is not the norm, especially when guarantees are provided. We are that confident!

Facilitation and Implementation

Performance Partnership:

Through a dedicated team of Khoury Group Specialists which include certified presenters, Account Managers and Account Principals

Internal Sales Manager:

Through a certified Khoury Group Sales Manager who is placed, developed, motivated and managed by a Khoury Group Account Principal. Onsite Khoury Group team involvement is also included.
