Sales Management is a structured hybrid of in-house and an outsourced sales improvement activity. It takes the benefits of outsourcing and combines them with the benefits of retaining an in-house Performance Improvement Management function to deliver performance excellence and business-focused results.
The Khoury Group will help identify or hire an internal sales improvement manager, certify the candidate per the Khoury proprietary best practices standards, and then manage, direct, motivate and hold the person accountable to established client targets. With the Sales Management option, each client will receive not only the benefit of an internal employee, but the expertise and onsite involvement of a Khoury Group Account Principal.
