Train the Trainer Certification

Clients that have implemented the Khoury Group program for an extended period take advantage of this offering to become certified in the areas of customer service and sales.

This Institute provides not only the highest level of applied expertise, but also facilitates the most extensive knowledge transfer methodology to the client. It also provides continuing certification through adherence to stringent testing as well as customer service and sales standards.

The purpose of the Train-The-Trainer is to prepare clients for total implementation of our program principals and practices by teaching client designated employees how to facilitate Khoury Group seminars and workshops.

With all Khoury Group Institutes, participants are provided with hard copy course materials, inclusive of workbooks, PowerPoint presentation(s), leader’s guide(s), and some pre-course assignment(s). The delivery structure is highly participatory, a blend of lesson, group discussion, verbal/written exercises and behavior modeling. The crowning success of this experience will be determined by the participants’ ability to find immediate application for the skills learned; so much of the course will focus on skills modeling exercises.
