This comprehensive program allows frontline supervisors and managers to "get out of their day to day environment" to gain an uninterrupted and comprehensive understanding of the Khoury Group methodology. It helps participants obtain key tangible tools and techniques necessary to effectively achieve sustained performance, customer satisfaction, and leadership skills.
